Cadbury Cream Eggs

I remember the very first time I ever had a Cadbury Cream Egg. I was 10 years old and my friend, Stephanie Place, and I were walking up and down main street in Bountiful on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. It was lunch time, so we stopped at the old Carmax. I don't remember what I had for lunch that day, but I do remember Stephanie telling me that I had to try a Cadbury Cream Egg. OH FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY!
Cadbury Cream Eggs are my all time favorite candy, they have been ever since that beautiful Spring day. It is a good thing that they are only around at Easter time, because for about five weeks in the spring I get fatter and fatter and fatter all because of the blessed Cadbury Cream Egg.

Oh, yum. I love them, too. Anything Cadbury. And thank goodness, only at Easter! I rediscovered the caramel eggs this year. So good. And how is Stephanie?!

She is expecting her fourth in Aug. She has 3 boys won't find out until Mon what this one is.

I am pretty sure if I had a fourth it would be a girl. I guess we'll never know! Tell her hi for me.

Notwithstanding this post being old, I just have to say that I, too, am a *huge* fan of these. I can recall buying a small fortune's worth of these after Easter one year when they were on sale at a local drugstore - I think I made myself sick eating them.

Sadly, they *have* shrunk in size over the years, and I loathe the fact that they are so much smaller than they were when I was a kid. Others have noted this as well, but this is the best proof:
