Difficult Decision


So, in an effort to live a more healthy lifestyle, the first two things I am going to do are:

1- Work out more.

2- Quit drinking Coke!!!! What? I know, it is very hard to believe and really even understand, but it is a bad addiction that I have. I absolutely LOVE this stuff with all my heart. I didn't have any coke yesterday, and I have not had any today.....

Wish me Luck! I know I can do this, but oh how I am going to miss my staple.

Sounds like a plan! I don't know how much Coke you drink right now, but if I were to give you any advice, if you are drinking it daily, let yourself have it once a week. Like Saturday. And that is it. Then you have a little treat to look forward to as you do those hard workouts during the week. If you only drink a little bit already (?!?) then I guess my advice won't work.

You can do it! I gave us soda completely, and only have it once in awhile now. It's tough, but once you haven't had it for awhile, it seems sickeningly sweet when you go back!
